Prior to starting his own firm
in the new millennium, Mr. Baldwin worked for two other law firms in the Puget Sound area. Mr. Baldwin has practiced in the
areas of Family Law, Business Law, Real Estate Law, Bankruptcy, Aviation Law, Estate Planning and Probate, Criminal Law, Regulatory
Compliance, and General Practice. Mr. Baldwin is admitted to practice in the State of Washington, the U.S. District Court
for Western and Eastern Districts of Washington, the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and he has practiced before the
National Transportation Safety Board in Federal Aviation Administration enforcement cases.
Prior to entering the
legal profession, Mr. Baldwin served as a college vice president and educator. He currently is active as an associate professor
with Embry-Riddle Aeronuatical University and teaches aviation law, aviation legislation and aviation safety courses.
In addition to his legal and teaching endeavors, Mr. Baldwin is a retired pilot and aviation safety officer for the
United States Military. He served in the United States Army, Army Reserve and Washington National Guard.
